Description
The king of olives from Greece! Very tasty, with a lot of flesh. Their variety is called “konservolia” . They are softer than all the other types of olives. Their shape is round. They come from the same trees we get the green round olives following the first harvest. Best harvest areas are near Stylis in Central Greece, Fthiotis area. Other areas where grown are Fokis near Amfissa, Aitoloakarnania in western Greece, and Magnesia near Volos. Another feature is the variation of their color depending on their maturity.
