We harvest these olives in the beginning of the harvest period and we make them cracked as they are, natural. Unique bitterness combined with freshness makes these olives appealing to the ones looking for something more. By cracking them we let the brine cure them naturally much faster keeping the distinctive bitterness and taste of the olives. We use big sizes for Agrinion and Nafplion come in smaller ones for greater taste experience.
